Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are open 12 hours / day, 6 days a week
Shipping Rates
- €10 flat-rate shipping for EU + UK + Norway (and nearby European countries served from our EU shipping routes).
- €25 flat-rate shipping for all other countries worldwide.
- Free worldwide shipping on orders over €100.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Estimated Delivery Times
- EU + UK + Norway: 2–5 business days
- Worldwide (all other countries): 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak seasons.
International Shipping (Customs, Duties & Taxes)
We ship internationally to most countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Maximov Culinary is not responsible for these charges—they are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
